Who is responsible for your data

Winatlabs is operated by Fanny Windalen as an individual, who is the data controller for information collected through this site. A Swedish limited company is being registered; this section will be updated with the company name and registered address once that is complete.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, your company, your email address, and your message. Nothing else is collected through this website.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. You contacted us and expect an answer; handling your message is what makes that possible. We do not ask for consent because none is needed to reply to a message you chose to send.

How long we keep it

24 months from our last contact with you. If we exchange messages, that period starts again from the most recent one. If your enquiry becomes a business relationship, the information moves under that relationship and is kept as long as the relevant contract and bookkeeping obligations require.

Who else handles it

Purelymail delivers and stores the message as our email provider. Vercel hosts this website and handles the form submission in transit. Both act only on our instruction. Your data goes to no one else.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and does not track you.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Email info@winatlabs.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to Datatilsynet in Denmark or Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten in Sweden.
